2019 Revalation Petit Manseng

A great wine to accompany many diverse dishes.  Color: Beautiful straw hue with golden glints Nose: complex, rich, round with aromas of caramel, lemon, honeysuckle, honey, violet, mineral note. Mouth: beautiful round attack, good length, round, well-balanced. The end is sweet, soft with a spike of acidity which gives freshness. The merest hint of bitterness, reminiscent of a good Gin and Tonic.
