This tasting is for our die hard wine geeks. We’ll reveal the best lessons learned from our own wine education as we went about learning to become winemakers. After 6 months of studying, calculating, measuring, blending and, of course, drinking wine, we’ll talk about some of the coolest things we learned. We’ll break down the metrics of judging wines by the 100 point scale and teach you how to get perfect pairings with food nibblers as we use eight 90+ point wines to discuss each lesson.
