Charcuterie Board Making Class at DuCard Vineyards

Join us for a Charcuterie Board Making Class at DuCard with Nancy Hicks, owner of Sweets and Treats by Nancy. Nancy will bring all the supplies you need and will demonstrate how to create a delectable board with meat roses, cheese styling, folding techniques and advice on setting the perfect theme. Each person will take home a completed charcuterie board that feeds 2 to 4 people, in a box, along with a sheet with suggestions and a supply list to create boards in the future. We encourage you to purchase wine to complete the experience.

The class is $75 dollars per guest. Advance reservations are required. Please email Beth with questions. Sorry, no discount for wine club members.
