Special Free Presentation by Lucie Morton at DuCard Vineyards

DuCard Vineyards is pleased to welcome viticulturist, author and now filmmaker Lucie Morton to make a presentation at DuCard.

Lucie is a world-renowned authority on identifying grapevines. Today she will share her personal quest to bring back the Cunningham grape to its ancestral home on her family’s farm in Tidewater Virginia. This fascinating journey includes grapevine science, politics,
intrigue and romance. Her odyssey took her across the US and across the Atlantic to the Azores, Madeira Island, the Cevennes Mountains of France of France, and southern Brazil. Her new film documenting these adventures has been submitted to the Virginia and international film festivals. We will have a special showing at DuCard later this fall. Lucie has fascinating insights into our Norton grapes and wine.

And yes, DuCard Norton will be available to sip while enjoying her presentation.
