Dan’s day job isn’t working with wine, but he enjoys leaving the hustle and bustle of the urban core of DC/NoVa and heading to Virginia wine country to unwind, connect with nature, and sample local wine and food. He has no formal or informal training in wine outside of a few winery-run classes and books, but enjoys checking out wineries he hasn’t visited and talking with winemakers about their philosophy and then sharing his favorite finds with others. His ultimate goal is to eventually retire and serve you at a tasting bar and share his favorite wines with you.
