2017 Narmada Reflection

2017 Narmada Reflection

Dry Chambourcin

The driest of our three Chambourcins, Reflection is rich and full-bodied showing good color, full flavor, and a smooth finish. Notes of black cherry and plum dance on the palate.

Pair with roast turkey with dressing, Tuscan steak with tomato-balsamic-shallot relish, manicotti with roasted tomato-garlic sauce.

85.5% Chambourcin, 4.4% Cab Sauv, 11.1% Petit Verdot
