100% Petit Manseng

Fresh quaffable wine. Perfect as an aperitif. Pleasant pairing with fish, seafood and pizza.
Color: Pale yellow, the traditional hue for a wine made without maceration.
Nose: Pear, flint, white flowers, licorice.
Mouth: Round fruity opening, well-balanced mid-palate, acidic finish with freshness and exuberance.

Color: golden glints, straw.
Nose:Round and rich, aromas of hazelnut, honey, turmeric, ginger, gingerbread, a note of minerality.
Mouth: Round, rich and long mouthfeel, the final acidity yields a nice equilibrium between sweetness and acidity and also gives freshness. Long-lasting aromatic impressions.

A versatile wine that can be drunk either chilled (40°F) or at room temperature (65°F). It will benefit from breathing for 30 minutes prior to drinking. Well-balanced tannins and acidity that will allow this wine to mature for 3-5 years.
Color: Light magenta with terracotta reflections.
Nose: Aromas of plum and aniseed with notes of smoky, cooked eggplant.
Mouth: Round and medium-long, with a plumy well-integrated finish. Fruitier and fresher when drunk slightly chilled.

Color: Intense with purple reflections.
Nose: Fresh, young, hazelnut, plum, a hint of rose petal, raspberry, tobacco, rosemary. An interesting nuance of tomato which is characteristic of the varietal.
Mouth: Elegant, fine rounded tannins, beautiful attack, leather note, good length, well balanced, note of violets, slightly mineral finish.
