Toasty aromas and flavors of roasted nuts and peaches and melon and kiwi with a silky, bright, fruity medium body and a smooth, charming, long lemon curd and green apple sorbet, praline, and wheat grass finish with no oak. A very crisp, tangy, lighter styled Viognier that will shine at the table. Pair with: Chicken Vesuvio, Chicken Piccata, Boiled Lobster

100% Cabernet Sauvignon - A very pleasing wine! Color: beautiful dusky red with a hint of purple and glints of terracotta Nose: round nose with aromas of cherry, plum, ripe peppers, mint, walnut, hazelnut, truffle, and graphite. Mouth: beautiful attack, long mouthfeel, full volume, mature tannins, pleasant and soft with a note of aniseed on the finish.

Our 2021 Merlot is well balanced with an aromatic finish. Strawberries and plums predominate the palate with vanilla notes. Featuring aromas of red currant, tobacco, caramel,  elderberry, and plum. Available now in our Red Wine Flight or by the bottle in the tasting room.
