The blend is usually of Vidal Blanc and Chardonel. 2019 we have added a bit of Traminette to it so you may pick up some floral notes and a little spice! A nice crisp wine with great acidity. Everyone's favorite wine to pair with Spicey Indian and Thai food as well as just enjoyed by the glass!

Barrel Aged

These particular grapes came from our first harvest from the newer vines on the property to the east. After fermentation, the wine stayed on the heavy lees (finished yeast) for 9 months, with monthly stirring of the barrels. This resulted in a wonderful, creamy Chardonnay.
