Official Rules for the $50 Visa Gift Card Giveaway

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.

1. Sponsor

The $50 Visa Gift Card Giveaway (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Wine Market Ventures (“Sponsor”).

2. Eligibility

Open to legal residents of the 50 United States and the District of Columbia who are 21 years of age or older at the time of entry. Void where prohibited by law. Employees, officers, and directors of Sponsor, its affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies, and their immediate family members or those living in the same household are not eligible to enter.

All entries submitted using an email address must remain actively subscribed to the Sponsor’s email list at the close of the Entry Period to be eligible for the drawing.

3. Entry Period

The Sweepstakes begins on October 1, 2025 at 12:00 a.m. Eastern Time (“ET”) and ends on November 30, 2025 at 11:59 p.m. ET.

4. How to Enter

During the Entry Period, visit www.VaWineMarket.com and follow the instructions to complete and submit the online entry form. Limit one (1) entry per person/email address during the Entry Period.

5. Prize

One (1) winner will receive a $50 Visa Gift Card (Approximate Retail Value: $50). Prize is non-transferable and no substitution is allowed, except at Sponsor’s sole discretion.

6. Winner Selection and Notification

The potential winner will be selected in a random drawing from all eligible entries received, conducted within [5] business days after the Entry Period ends. The potential winner will be notified by email and may be required to complete and return an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release within [7] days of notification. If a potential winner cannot be contacted or fails to respond within the required timeframe, an alternate winner may be selected.

7. General Conditions

By participating, entrants agree to abide by these Official Rules and the decisions of Sponsor, which are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to cancel, modify, or suspend the Sweepstakes for any reason, including fraud or technical failures.

A minimum number of eligible entries must be received for the Sweepstakes drawing to take place. In the event this minimum threshold is not met, the Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to extend the Entry Period or to cancel the Sweepstakes in its entirety without awarding the prize.

8. Release and Limitations of Liability

By entering, entrants release and hold harmless Sponsor, affiliates, advertising and promotion agencies, and their respective officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any claim or cause of action arising from participation in the Sweepstakes or receipt or use of any prize.

9. Privacy

Any personal information collected in connection with this Sweepstakes will be used in accordance with Sponsor’s Privacy Policy, available at VaWineMarket.com/privacy-policy.

10. Winner List

The winner’s name will be posted on VaWineMarket.com once confirmed.
