Wine Dinner at Vinicola featuring DuCard Vineyards Wines
Join us for a Three-Course Tasting Experience at Vinicola Wine Bar and Bottle Shop in Front Royal featuring DuCard Vineyards wines. The event will focus on a thoughtful dining experience built around technique, seasonality and great wine providing an intimate, unhurried pace meant to highlight the best of what the Vinicola kitchen and cellar offers. Vinícola is a wine bar rooted in connection — a place to slow down, gather, and savor the unfolding story of wine.
The Menu:
Amuse-Bouche | Tuna Crudo in Avocado Sphere, Yuzu vinaigrette, micro cilantro. Paired with DuCard Brut Blanc de Blancs Sparkling Wine
First Course | Wild Mushroom Risotto. Porcini and chanterelles, parmesan, shallot, white wine, and truffle oil finish. Paired with: DuCard TANA Chardonnay.
Second Course | Seared Duck Breast with Cherry-Port Reduction. Whipped celery root, roasted baby carrots, thyme. Paired with DuCard Cabernet Franc Vintner Reserve ’23.
Dessert | Mango Tart with Vanilla Bean Crème Fraîche. Almond crumble, lime zest. Paired with DuCard Signature Viognier.
The dinner will be held at Vinicola at 205A East Main Street, Front Royal, VA 22630.
