TINY BUBBLES & WINE COCKTAILS - Let’s give the wine spritzer its rightful place in the cocktail world. This class features all our favorite bubbly wines: Champagne, Cava and Prosecco, with pairings made into cocktails! Who doesn’t love bubbles? Learn how to find great bubbles without breaking the bank, what to look for when selecting a bottle, how sparkling wines are made, and why Champagne costs a fortune but Prosecco is so affordable. We’ll do a little mixology thing to show you what to use and how to make that bubbles experience so much fun! You’ll get recipes for the Persimmon Cardamom Spritz, the Bees Knees Wine Cocktail, and more. There's sure to be a wine {and hence, a wine cocktail} to fit every one's taste.
