Fresh and crisp!

  A red wine drinkers white wine with great aging potential. Featuring aromas of honey, lemon, and papaya merging into white flowers.

100% Viognier

Aged for 33 months in cognac barrels, oxidized (by design) as the barrels were not topped off. Anticipate aromas of hazelnut, orange, caramel, and apricot. Aromatic with a dry alcoholic finish of candied fruit (raisins and candied citrus peel) and hazelnut. Available by the bottle or by the glass in the tasting room.

A typical new-world style Sauvignon Blanc. A perfect accompaniment to seafood and light cream sauces.

90% Vidal Blanc, 10% Pinot Gris 

Refreshing ... A perfect summer wine. 

Color: Yellow-green gleam. 

Nose: Orange blossom, lemon, papaya, caramel, hazelnut, menthol. 

Mouth: good balance with a green apple finish. The acidic finish gives it freshness and vivacity. 

A delicious wine for the summer.
Color: Sunset pink.
Nose: Raspberries in a glass; complex and fruity. Aromas of candy, banana, gooseberry and aniseed.
Mouth: Bright and well-balanced; plenty of freshness and acidity, as a counterpoint to the dominant flavors of strawberries and raspberries with a hint of lemon/lime and apple.

While this Viognier has the classic varietal nose of apricots and peaches it is much more reminiscent of a Chardonnay than our previous vintage, perhaps because of all the rain in 2018.
This one will appeal even to those who do not like Viognier!
Color: Clear, golden wheat
Nose: round, caramel, hazelnut, peach, lemon, honeysuckle, ripe apricot
Mouth: beautiful round attack, long, well-balanced with a slightly salty finish, same aromas as in the nose, dominated by caramel and hazelnut

100% Petit Manseng

Fresh quaffable wine. Perfect as an aperitif. Pleasant pairing with fish, seafood and pizza.
Color: Pale yellow, the traditional hue for a wine made without maceration.
Nose: Pear, flint, white flowers, licorice.
Mouth: Round fruity opening, well-balanced mid-palate, acidic finish with freshness and exuberance.
