Produced only in exceptional growing seasons, Gray Ghost's Reserve Cabernet Sauvignon ages three years in new French oak barrels and is the only red to undergo malolactic fermentation. Vibrant dark berry aromas precede a palate bursting with flavors of blackberry, ripe plum and black currant. The rich finish lingers with velvety smooth, lush tannins. Refined, smooth and elegant, this wine pairs beautifully with beef tenderloin, grilled steaks, venison, Gorgonzola and bittersweet chocolate.
