Aged for 33 months in cognac barrels, oxidized (by design) as the barrels were not topped off. Anticipate aromas of hazelnut, orange, caramel, and apricot. Aromatic with a dry alcoholic finish of candied fruit (raisins and candied citrus peel) and hazelnut. Available by the bottle or by the glass in the tasting room.
