Relax while taking in our beautiful views of our old vines with local cheeses, meats and a glass of the finest in your hands. Our 2020 Village is approachable and easy to drink 100% Cabernet Sauvignon with a nose that features aromas of strawberry, cherry, vanilla bean, tobacco, prune, camphor, and black pepper. 

2019 Revalation Village

Cabernet Sauvignon from the Hebron Valley

100% Cabernet Sauvignon - A very pleasing wine! Color: beautiful dusky red with a hint of purple and glints of terracotta Nose: round nose with aromas of cherry, plum, ripe peppers, mint, walnut, hazelnut, truffle, and graphite. Mouth: beautiful attack, long mouthfeel, full volume, mature tannins, pleasant and soft with a note of aniseed on the finish.

2021 Revalation Vineyards Merlot

Fruity and unctuous

Our 2021 Merlot is well balanced with an aromatic finish. Strawberries and plums predominate the palate with vanilla notes. Featuring aromas of red currant, tobacco, caramel,  elderberry, and plum. Available now in our Red Wine Flight or by the bottle in the tasting room.
