Releasing our 2019 Cabernet Franc! This is the perfect fall wine. Smoky with notes of cooked red peppers, fennel, plum, liquorish, raspberry and pomegranate. Gentle tannins, and a soft, sweet finish.

Sit in one of the Adirondacks on our beautiful property, breathe in the fresh cool air, and sip our highly anticipated Cabernet Franc!

Nose: Red currant and raspberry, with notes of cooked prunes, pomegranate, and a hint of tobacco. 

Mouth: All the fruit promise of the nose with light, supple tannins, and good length of finish.

Cabernet Sauvignon from the Hebron Valley

100% Cabernet Sauvignon - A very pleasing wine! Color: beautiful dusky red with a hint of purple and glints of terracotta Nose: round nose with aromas of cherry, plum, ripe peppers, mint, walnut, hazelnut, truffle, and graphite. Mouth: beautiful attack, long mouthfeel, full volume, mature tannins, pleasant and soft with a note of aniseed on the finish.
