Estate Grown grapes. Signature wine for Narmada! Stainless steel fermented. The blend is usually of Vidal Blanc and Chardonel. 2019 we have added a bit of Traminette to it so you may pick up some floral notes and a little spice! A nice crisp wine with great acidity. Everyone's favorite wine to pair with Spicey Indian and Thai food as well as just enjoyed by the glass!

Kept clean with a cold fermentation and natural yeast, this wine is refreshing but still holds the varietal depth of Chardonnay with great minerality. 

Silvery emerald straw color. Toasty aromas and flavors of roasted nuts and peaches and melon and kiwi with a silky, bright, fruity medium body and a smooth, charming, long lemon curd and green apple sorbet, praline, and wheat grass finish with no oak. 

These particular grapes came from our first harvest from the newer vines on the property to the east. After fermentation, the wine stayed on the heavy lees (finished yeast) for 9 months, with monthly stirring of the barrels. This resulted in a wonderful, creamy Chardonnay. 

Our latest Black Walnut White blend shows a bit of floral and citrus on the nose, like an orange blossom. A creamsicle forward palate gives way to a dry finish with hints of grapefruit, tangerine and pineapple. 55% Vidal Blanc, 45% Traminette. 

Apricot and pear on the nose, white currant on the mid-palate and a crisp, clean finish. 90% Vidal Blanc blended with 10% Traminette.

High alcohol and high acid generally don't go together in a white wine. This particular vintage is 100% barrel fermented dry in French oak. Creamy and rich to satisfy with enough acid and fruit to keep it focused

Fermented mostly in acacia barrels which is less sweet than oak and helps lighten the weighty-ness of Viognier. This vintage is beautifully dense fruit flavors and finishes dry. one of our best wines to go with a meal. 

A sweet golden wine named for our sweet golden (retriever) dog. A Vidal Blanc-Traminette blend, it is sweetened to 3% residual sugar. 

Our latest Viognier has star fruit and lemon on the nose, a sweet forward palate, a mineral mid-palate and a lingering bright citrus finish. 90% Viognier, 10% Traminette.

This is a very powerful wine.   We think Thai food is wonderful with it, but it also pairs well with chocolate, Strong creaming cheeses,and BBQ

Blue Ice wine is made from frozen Traminette grapes. This very sweet juice is stopped mid fermentation to produce a wine that reminds one of Germany’s famous “Eiswein”.

From one of the most vigorous vines on our property comes big flavors of peaches, honey, and sour apple. Sweet and lightly effervescent, we are one of the only wineries to make Moscato in the state!

50 % Petit Manseng and 50% Viognier. Made in collaboration with Bridgewater College, this wine is a great party wine. Bring it as a gift for a BC grad. 

Our white wine made from red fruit, cool fermentations bring together this combination of Chambourcin and Bordeaux reds picked for freshness. 

Fresh quaffable wine. Perfect as an aperitif. Pleasant pairing with fish, seafood and pizza.
Color: Pale yellow, the traditional hue for a wine made without maceration.
Nose: Pear, flint, white flowers, licorice.
Mouth: Round fruity opening, well-balanced mid-palate, acidic finish with freshness and exuberance.

This Gewurtztraminer hybrid retains the spicy character of its parent but also has a distinct floral nose. Traminette goes with most party foods and is a real surprise when served with curry dishes. This particular vintage is completely dry.
