Castle Gruen Vineyards and Winery

Boutique Winery of Madison County Est. 2008

Castle Gruen Vineyards and Winery is a family owned and operated winery producing hand-crafted, artisan wines. Open since 2008, our boutique winery is located in the scenic rural county of Madison in Central Virginia.

2016 was a big year for Castle Gruen as we introduced a new logo and new wines (including for the first time -fruit wines). The new wines that were released in 2016 are Pinot Gris, Petit Manseng, Cabernet Franc, Excalibur, The King's Red, Love You Raspberry Wine, Love Sweet Love Peach Wine, Summer Love Watermelon, and Loving Life Tropical.

Wine tastings are offered by appointment only.

Currently, Castle Gruen wines may be purchased by phone order or at one of the wine festivals we will be attending. A Castle Gruen website will be up for online sales in the coming months.
